You'd be forgiven for thinking that Lance is one mean SOB. You'd be forgiven, because you'd be right. Lance doesn't particularly like people, whether they're working with him or just random folk on the street. He's known for having a very offputting presence, and it's often a wonder how he got into acting at all.
Interestingly, Lance comes from old money. While it's unclear how his forefathers made their fortune (and frequently suspected to be through illegal and immoral dealings), it's well known in and out of the industry. Lance was cut off sometime in his twenties, though the reason behind that is also quite unclear. He flitted around off his family's name alone for a time, but eventually settled into acting after being asked to play a bit part as a mobster in a B-movie production. Whether he actually liked it, or just saw the potential for making his fortune back, is similarly unclear. Either way, he makes for a surprisingly good actor.
While he's often typecast as a mobster, Lance isn't a stranger to more compassionate roles. He's played as the main love interest in at least one production to surprising success. Apparently, people like the look of a big guy like him secretly being a sweetheart. Too bad he's really not.
Lance is most often seen alongside Hammond and Dandelion, both on and off-set. He's usually quiet, but makes a point to fight with Dandelion whenever possible.
